What's the best insomnia treatment besides milk and exercises?
Guys I just wonder what's the best insomnia treatment besides milk and exercises? Because I have tried nearly all of the insomnia treatments mentioned by most people, but it didn't better my insomnia, I only got 2 4 hours sleep each day and feeling very tired in the daytime, help me please
Insomnia treatments lose effectiveness over time?
I have very bad insomnia on a regular basis, and have for many years. It seems lately that treatments that I'm use to using have been working less and less over time. I usually take OTC meds diphenhydramine or Sonata. However, recently I've taken up to 50mg diphenhydramine, 10mg Sonata, 1mg Ativan together and STILL can't get to sleep. Thoughts? I've probably had insomnia for 12 or so years now.....Is it possible some people are meant to be nocturnal?

I suffer from Insomnia... I have all my life am 17 This year in particular it has gotten out of control I need to know if there are any organic natural treatments out there that actually work? My mom has tried to give me a natural tea but it didn't work Please Help?
