I have no problems getting to sleep most of the time ..I actually fall asleep quite early. The problem is waking up, and trying to get back to sleep. For example Last Friday I went to sleep at 930..Woke up at 11... fell back to sleep by 12 30..Woke up again at 1 30 a.m....And that was officially the start of my day, I could not go back to sleep after that. It is a pretty typical sleeping pattern of mine. It got so bad this whole weekend that I could not go to work today because I was so tired. Anyone have the same issues? Any tips how to get back to sleep?
